Comments: The ascension to the peak of El Teide (3718 m), by the Telesforo Bravo´s footpath, from the upper station of the car cable, can be done in 30 or 40 minutes. A written permission from the National Parks Administration is required to use this footpath. In this photo you can see the highest point of the mountain, some deposits of sulphur from the fumaroles and a remote station to control them.
