QSL via the Bureau, ClubLog and LoTW. He states, "Direct QSL OK when SASE and covering stamp cost (3 USDs or 1 IRC) follows - if not the QSL will be answered via the Bureau. Personally highly prefer proper paper cards through QSL-Bureaus - for major part awards real QSL is the only accepted way of confirming the QSO.
