Update August 7:  We are sorry to inform that we have to postpone our DXpedition to 2021. Exact dates will be published as soon as the situation permits.

As far as we know there are no COVID-19 cases on the Easter Island, but in Chile the situation is serious and all flights to the island are cancelled until further notice.

In this situation we are have to postpone our DXpedition. We will keep you informed when the situation changes


Update March 23: Suggested frequencies are:

  CW  - 1814.5, 3530, 7030, 10110, 14030, 18085, 21030, 24905 and 28030 kHz
  SSB - 1840, 3793, 7180, 14265, 18125, 21280, 24970 and 28445 kHz
  FT8 - 1840, 3573, 7074, 10136, 14074, 18100, 21074, 24915 and 28074 kHz
  FT8(F/H) - 1908 (JA), 3580, 7080, 10139, 14090, 18095, 21090, 24910 and 28090 kHz

  QSL via SP6IXF, ClubLog's OQRS (recommend), LoTW or by the Bureau. LoTW and e-QSL: All logs will be uploaded within 6 months after the DXpedition ends. 


Update March 21: Webpage available


Polish Dxpedition group consisting of Jan SP3CYY, Jurek SP3GEM, Wlodek SP6EQZ, Janusz SP6IXF, Roman SP9FOW and Piotr SP9RCL will be active from Easter Island as XR0YSP during September 15 – 30 this year. They are planning to run up to 3 stations simultaneity CW, SSB and FT8 on 1,8 – 28 MHz. Webpage will follow shortly.
