Update February 16: DXpedition is approaching the end. Tonight will be last chance for low bands. Then we have to pack all antennas away. From Monday to Tuesday we will operate with one radio. So if someone needS AF-063 it will be last chance. QRT is going to be on Tuesday early morning.
Update February 10: Finally Tanzania airport service found the lost luggage. Team put up 80/160M vertical so will continue with initial plan. They reached 10k qsos so far.
Update February 7: "We arrived safe but with too many problems. Our baggage was lost somewhere between Vienna-Addis Ababa and Zanzibar. There is one of the most important equipment (titanex vertical and 2 fiber poles) so we started to operate in improvised style. Africa is totally different world. Today is holiday here, everyone is praying & nobody cares about our luggage. We are thinking of backup plan but there is a problem to buy anything. 2 stations are running now. Temperature outside is 35 with huge humidity. Electricity outages are on regular basis. No roaming operator here. We’ll keep in touch."
