Update February 10, 2023: Video available
Update June 25, 2022: They have made over 40K QSO. Unfortunately, propagation on 80-40-30m has been very bad and they are also trying their best to work NA during the most common hours when bands are open to there, but it’s not been easy. QRV for 4 for more days.
Update June 22, 2022: They continue their activity despite the frequent power outrage issues. So far they have made no QSO on 160 or 6m. They hope to raise the 6m antenna much higher today (June 22). Propagation is very good to Europe, but not so good to NA. SSB activities probably start today along with QO-100.
Update June 20, 2022: They are still experiencing power blackouts, quite often. Sometimes both the CW and SSB stations are QRT because of this. Log has been updated at Clublog.
Update June 17, 2022: The team arrived Harare yesterday. They had some issues with airport customs on arrival but everything was resolved.
R7AL, RA1ZZ, RW9JZ and R9LR will be active as Z21RU from Zimbabwe on June 17-29, 2022.
They plan to be on 160 - 6m in CW, SSB and Digital modes and plus the QO-100 satellite.
