Update September 24: A new attempt to activate Palmas Island, SA-079 will take place during October 29 to November 1, 2020. QRV on 80-10m, CW/SSB/Digi. This particular island within the group has never been activated before. It is uninhabited with no electricity or water. QSL via PY1MT. 

Update July 25: Due to a high seas warning, with waves above 4 meters for the next few days, which would compromise the team’s safe return, as boarding at Palmas island is done on rocks, the team decided to change the location of the activation. The team opted for Jurubaiba, SA-029 DIB RJ-22 LH BRA-225 which is located in sheltered waters within the bay of Ilha Grande.
