Information

Update March 15, 2025: Dates set between October 29 and November 12, 2025.
Operators mentioned are: Gino/IK2RZP, Tony/I2PJA, Maurizio/IV3ZXQ, Silvano/I2YSB, Angelo/IK2CKR, Stefano/IK2HKT, Franco/I1FQH and Alfeo/I1HJT.

Activity will be on 160-6 meters.  Suggested frequencies are (All frequencies are subjected to +/- QRM):
CW   - 1826, 3527, 5352, 7025, 10115, 14030, 18068, 21030, 24890 and 28030 kHz
SSB  - 3775, 5360, 7090, 14240, 18130, 21310, 24950, and 28470 kHz
RTTY - 7040, 10145, 14084, 18105, 21085, 24925 and 28085 kHz
FT8  - 1845, 3567, 5357, 7056, 10131, 14084, 18095, 21091, 24911 and 28091 kHz
6m   - 50097/CW, 50150/SSB and 50313/FT8; (No RTTY)

PLEASE NOTE:
                             On FT8, always using NORMAL MODES
                              (No Super Fox or Fox/Hound mode)
                   They are still able to manage 6 slots simultaneously.
              When the pileups have worn off, they will use standard FT8 frequencies always in normal mode way.

All donors contributing 50 (USDs) or more to the DXpedition will automatically receive:   QSL card, credit on LoTW and a USB stick with the DXpedition video.


Silvano, I2YSB, and the Italian DXpedition Team will be active as 5R8TT and 5R8XX, from Madagascar sometime during October/November. There will be a team of eight operators with four stations.
