It has been quite some time since the entire Rockall DX Group joined forces for a major DXpedition, making this new adventure all the more special for us.

The 3X4U team consists of 10 highly experienced radio operators, bringing together a strong mix of CW, SSB, and digital-mode expertise. Each team member contributes extensive operating experience, technical knowledge, and the dedication required for a successful large-scale DXpedition. In addition, our 11th team member has a professional medical background— an invaluable asset and an important part of the team when operating in a remote environment far from home.

After many months of planning, preparation, and coordination, we are now entering the final stage before departure.

The equipment is being prepared, the final details are falling into place, and the excitement is growing day by day.

We are almost ready to begin our 3X4U adventure in Guinea!

Activity will be on 160-6m, using CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8. Suggested frequencies are:

Station Equipment: 5x K3 transceivers, 5x SPE amplifiers, 5x MicroHAM
Microkeyers, into 2 x 6 band HEX beam @ 9m and 6 element 6 meter beam.
