Update June 11, 2024: 10m ist not easy. If I call I receive many responses. There is no discipline. But I am teaching students about propagation! How to explain the behavior? If I call "CQ OE" it does not matter.
If the OMs do not show more respect I will avoid 10m. You can share this with the DX groups. This is NOT a DX Expedition, this is a promotion, in front of the university public, of propagation using amateur radio frequencies. If the OMs want to give a bad impression, they shall continue. Yes, please share this.
Today, because of this, I left 10m after liek 20 min every time. How can I explain this behavior to students?

Update June 11, 2024: The station operating FT8 as EZ/DL7ZM is a pirate. David is active only in CW as his license is not valid for digital modes.
David, DL7ZM, got in touch to confirm that he is QRV on 10m and 6m from Turkmenistan as EZ/DL7ZM for about 7 days. His license does not cover digital modes, so he will be QRV on in CW on 50.100 and 28.020. He will try to be active around 11:00 (EZ time) and in the later afternoon. But no promise. Internet is mostly blocked there, so no whatsapp etc.
He will try to get a license for FT8, but can't guarantee it will be possible.
He ask DXMAPS to make clear to everyone that tthis is not a DX expedition, but a research on propagation and education on propagation. He is using a 3 elements yagi on top of the university building and has many students around and need to explain what he is doing. He also cannot be active many hours.
