Koutarou, JP1IHD, will be QRV again from Ogasawara Islands on July 2-11, 2026. Details have not been decided yet, so they will be announced (on QRZ.com) as soon as they are determined.

"Please do not send QSL to Ogasawara. Unfortunately, the Japanese Bureau is currently not functioning well. I will stop issuing paper QSLs through the Bureau."
