Comments: Valle Gran Rey is a sunny place and sheltered from the winds, with plenty of palm trees and tropical farming, and with one of the best beaches of La Gomera. Besides its undeniable aesthetic value, the cultivated terraces are a clear prove of the effort to get scarce goods, as ground and water. It is the most turist area of the island, but little developed, in which its habitants live from agriculture, fishing and tourism.
