Update September 5: “Hallo to All ! Many thanks to Tevita Navila and 3D2AG Tony for helping me by becoming back my transceivers, pa  and Begali key. So we can start the activation again and book for the last week a new bungalow because we delete the bookings by lost of the ham gear. Today is bad weather and heavy rain. So we were in airport and have all back. Tomorrow is the same weather forecast with heavy rain. So I hope to come in the air on Friday. At Monday we travel to Samoa for one week. Update September 4: “Hi to all ! After I was 2 times in the customs bureau and endless discussions, the dxped ends here. I must pay 1540 f$ x 3 to bring my trxs and Pa to the 3 countries. It’s a shame for Fiji to make money with hams. So I become all back on 30th of September without costs, only before I flight back. In no one country of my visited 80th I must pay, so I must make a normal holiday without my lovely dx work. I’m so sorry for that. Wish all 73/72/55 de Heli 3D2VR and Bigi DE3BWR” [tnx EA1CS]

Heli, DD0VR, (along with XYL Bigi, DE3BWR) who was active as C6A/DD0VR from the Bahamas during January and February 2nd, informed OPDX that he has received his Fiji license. Look for Heli to sign as 3D2VR between September 2-9th, and September 23-27th. Activity will be on various HF bands (80-6m). QSL via his home callsign, direct or by the Bureau. ADDED NOTE: Heli will also be active from Samoa (5W) between September 9-16th and Tonga (A3) between September 16-21st. They are currently waiting for the licenses.
