Update Dec,12: Uwe did show up very short on his last day on 70cm once more.He did 2 last QSO one dupe and the final lucky winner is : DL8FBD congratulation Gerald !
Now Uwe is on his flight back home to DL BUT Uwe is now also ifected by the DXpedition virus.

Update Dec,9: V31EME managed to install just one of the 70cm yagi to be ready for the moonrise. The 2. yagi will be installed next day. Anyway Uwe was able to work some stations with only one yagi and he has no noise at all; also antennas perform perfect with the new dipole mod by DG7YBN.

Update Dec,8: V31EME last 2m log update. The 2m operation from Belize is finished now.
Uwe managed to work 313 initials.

Next is 70cm EME.

Update Dec,1: V31EME is planing to be QRV on 70cm EME at 08/09/10. December.

Update Nov,30: V31EME found the 6dB noise source. It was the WLAN near by. So he disconnected it and now he can hear also weak signal. Because of that Uwe is most of the time offline and can not be in the N0 chat. Hope you guys understand.

Update Nov,29: Info from Matej, OK1TEH: Uwe from V31EME said at chat something like:

- we'll stay at EME QTH until 10th December
- 70cm activity is planned for last weekend 8-10th Dec
- 2m is full of QRM and noise, hopefully 70cm will be better

Update Nov,26: The DXpedition is on it's way. Uwe started yesterday his trip from Nuremberg to Amsterdam to Atlanta and then to Belize. He is still on the way. If everything is running well V31EME could be expected for a first QRV at the 27.November.

Update Nov,8: The BEKO power amps have already arrived in the future qth. Unfortunately, a high amount of duty had to be paid. More than $ 628,- additional was paid to be delivered. At the moment I will create the customs packing list for everything I have with me.

Update Oct,11: News by DG8NCO: the first antenna tests on 2m in my garden were successful. There are still problems with the phase line of the vertical antenna level. Also, the horizontal rotor seems to have a problem. I already have the new rotor at home ... :-) and new 75 Ohm coaxial cable is arrived.

I hope I can finally fix this weekend.

After 2m works I will install the 70cm antennas and try out. I hope so as well on the coming weekend .... my wife and my son will have to suffer again under my hobby :-( excuse Marion and Felix
